In collaboration with the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, these agencies are organising a workshop on legal and regulatory reforms to increase the coverage of agricultural insurance to Nigerian farmers. National Insurance Commission, NAICOM, has disbanded the monopoly of Nigerian Agricultural Insurance Corporation, NAIC from the exclusivity of agricultural insurance in the country as the commission has open its doors to other underwriters willing to go into the lass of business. Read more

I finally arrived Durban yesterday – at the beginning of the second week of the United Nations Climate Change Conference.
