Ngodoo specializes on climate change adaptation and works within the climate-based index insurance team.

She holds a Master’s degree in Gender Studies from the University of Abuja. Her major research interests are in climate change, gender and rural poverty reduction.

Ngodoo contributed to Nigeria and Climate Change – Road to COP15 – Nigeria’s national position on the Copenhagen climate negotiation conference.
